I may to recommend stop giving her treats, food, and water for a lil while. Try giving her water I'd say in about an hour or so to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated.
If she does stop throwing up, you might try mixing some plain boiled rice with some plain boiled cut up chicken. Give her just a little bit and see if she keeps that down. It's a very bland diet and if she keeps it down, you might want to keep her on it (and no other treats, etc) for a few days while her tummy settles down.
If she doesn't stop throwing up, then you should definitely call your vet!

Small dogs like Poms and Yorkies have a problem with collapsing trachea. Hopefully, thats not the case. However, there are other maladies that are just as threatening. Have your dog checked for Diabetes. Vometing is a sign of that disease too.

Take to dog to the vet. He has probably swallowed something he shouldn't have. Hurry up about the vet. Small dogs can't lose
very much fluid by vomiting or they will get seriously dehydrated
and possibly die.

Call your vet. In the mean time, put your finger down his throat to be sure there is nothing stuck that you can reach and pull out. Then drive over to your vet.
