OK, well just go to google, and type in e-cards, and they will show u a lot of options, so choose one, and if they have sections, then click on animals, good luck!

Go to www.care2.com. In the top right corner there are all sorts of nature and wildlife e-cards to send, including dogs & cats.

I LOVE Pugs! A friend of mine has one and I consider him my baby also (his name is Benji). I only get to see him a few times a year but he always remembers me and is glad to see me.
As for your question, why don't you scan a picture of a Pug into your computer and then e-mail it to whomever with your own message?
