I have a 2.5 month old male pit bull and I'm planning to buy another male pit bull puppy, which is actually a brother of the one I currently own. Of course, they're the same age (sinse they're both from the same litter). My question is if they will be able to get along when they grow older, sinse they're both males? Or will it make a difference if they're from the same litter?....Any advice will be appreciated! Before I decide to buy it...

Tried all speciality foods, babyfood, cooked fish, turkey and chicken. Vomiting everything, losing weight, several medications, nothing helps. Seems to be getting weaker. Last option to send to university and look with a scope into stomach, costly and hard on older cat? Any ideas?

1) I have been told that if you accidently swallow/eat a cat hair you die.... is that true?
2) If you have a kitten how can you tell if its a female or male?

I have a fresh water aquaium, and i have a HUGE snail problem. I accidently bought some live plants that had snail eggs on them and did not know it. I have tryed everything to get rid of them, including, soaking everything in bleach water, to NO AVAIL. I have even tryed some stuff called Had-a-snail. All it does is bring the live ones to the surface, BUT DOES NOT KILL the EGGS.
HELP. This has been going on now for at least 8 mo. I'm afraid that if i can't find a solution to this problem that i will have to shut my tank down for good.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP ME

I have my turtle for about 2 months now. But a month ago it stops eating and started to sleep. Before when i pull his feet he'll tug it back. But now it doesn't. someone told me that he must be hibernating. Is that true? I sometimes feel he's dead. He's still small. And by the way, I don't know what type of turtle he is. how should i know? i just bought him in a small Chinese street market.

I have an 8 month old rot-husky mix. She is a shelter rescue we took in when she was 8 weeks old. At first she was perfect in her crate, then we had to kennel her at 3 months for a week when we went out of town. After that, she will go to the bathroom in her crate about once/twice a week.

At first we thought it was separation anxiety, so we've tried everything we read, the low-key hello/goodbye, getting a smaller crate, changing her food, taking her to the vet, monitoring/changing her feeding schedule, rewarding her when she goes outside.. nothing works. Sometimes we come home and her crate is clean, and sometimes not so clean. It doesnt happen on any particular day of the week, and she's great otherwise, she even rings a bell to go outside when we're home and has her own potty area outside that she uses regiliously.

We've had no other problems with her and she exhibits no other symptoms of separation anxiety. Please help! How can I get her to stop going in her crate??

At around 11AM today, my 2-year-old inside/outside male cat threw up in two large areas in our house. He usually does this when we leave him outside for the night. We just figure he ate something out there that he shouldn't have. A nasty bird or mouse.

Well, once he threw up, I put him outside. He found a little bed we have put up for our 3 cats on a shelf, and he has just been laying there for 12 hours.

He's never been this sick before, and I'm kind of worried about him. You know how, when a cat is scared, it's fur will stand up? Well, my cat's fur is fluffy and standing up (just around his head).

What do you think he has? Do you think he just has a 24-hour stomach flu, thing? Any suggestions to what this might be would be greatly appreciated!

Will male dogs in heat try to mate with a spayed female?
I have a year old female that went through her heat cycle and I had her spayed. I live in a house where there are three other dogs 2 males and 1 female, neither of them are fixed and I have no control over them. Will the male dogs still try to mate with my female dog even though she is spayed?

We recently had to take our 2 years old male cat to the vet for major surgery as the idiot had somehow ingested 3 metres of cotton and it had to be removed. Everything was fine with surgery and he is now recuperating at home however our 12 month female who previously adored him has avoided him since we brought him home and hisses and runs away whenever she sees him. We thought it was the vet smell but the antiseptic smell has worn off rapidly. I would understand it being a territorial issue but she's a girl and he was only in the vets for 24 hours!!

I have a 10 week old puppy... a maltese... I cannot house break this dog. I've had him for about 3 weeks now. So far he has peed in my bed numerous times. Crapped once... I take him outside several times... and he will do his business sometimes, but at night right before bed time, I'll take him out several times before bed, and he will play with a leaf or sniff the ground, but no pee!!! He waits till he gets into the house to pee or poo.... I'm out of my mind! What do I do?

My 8 month old rotty had her spay surgery when she was about 5 months old. Her scar healed nicely. Just recently i looked at the scar site and I found about 3 or 4 nickel to dime size lumps. Is this normal, or something to be concerned about?

Ok, I got a 6 week old kitten from a friend of mine around a week ago - for free. However, the agreement was that I would get my kitten (Rain) and another kitten (in a few weeks) for free IF I bred both my kittens with either her Ragdoll, Tonkinese, Siamese, Burmese or Blue Russian cats when my cats are old enough to be bred.
Although I will not have to breed her for another year or so, I need to know about what can go WRONG and HOW to deliver the kittens when they are born.
I know there can be complications and they can cost hundreds... thousands of dollars - I will not have that kind of money if something goes wrong and will have to put my babies to sleep.

Did I make the right decision to get these girls for free or just pay the $200 each and spay them both? Knowing that she will never have to go through complications with birth.
All help is needed.
Please do not say that I am being a backyard breeder -I know that there are many cats in the shelters.
My kitten is a Tonkinese.
