Did your vet try flushing with lots of IV fluids? (which sometimes help) Beyond that a FEW causes of kidney problems are antibiotic treatable. Also there is a possiblility that this is addisons disease (which looks JUST like kidney on blood work & symptoms) THose are about the only hopeful ideas I can give (Im no vet)- this looks rather grim.

is this a dog you're talking about?? go to the vet! if you can't get in there, see if there's an emergency veterinary clinic in your area where you can take the dog! you don't know if this spider is venemous or not, so the quicker you take the dog there, the better!

if it is venemous, then there are no home remedies to help this - you need to take it to a vet.

You really should consider what is best for the dog and take her to a veterinarian, this will cost you a little bit of money but do you care about the dog at all?

She needs to get to a vet asap for iv fluids and supportive care. There are antitoxins available if you know what kind of spider bit her.

It's definitely time to get your dog to a veterinarian. Sounds like your dog is in kidney failure - good luck.
