If you have them in temperatures over 450 degrees, they tend to come out tough and overdone. I prefer roasting them at 325 in a cooking sauce to keep them moist.
For storage I prefer 30 degrees or lower.
I'd treat guinea pig like hamster. I prefer rabbit fried.

Guinea Pigs optimum temperature should be between 65 and 70 degrees. Cold drafts are stressful to any rodent. They are prone to heat stroke at higher temps...around 80 degrees.

Dwarf Hamsters should be kept in temps around 72 degrees. They will go into a pseudohibernation at temps around 48 degrees, coming out every 2-3 days for short periods of normal activity.

Rabbits should be kept at temps between 65 and 79 degrees. They don't handle high temps well, either. Most rodents don't.

Basically, I would keep them at the same temperature you would be comfortable in. Although, with adequate wind break and a properly bedded nesting box, rabbits can live outside even in very cold climates.
