There are spots from every time he urinates, and I am getting tired of reseeding. I know plenty of people who have dogs and their yards don't look like this. There must be a solution. Please don't say get rid of my dog! He is a family member.

My dog got a sore on her foot about a week ago. It is on the top just above her nails. It is round, red, a bit swollen, not bleeding or weeping, and the hair fell off the spot. It is not getting any worse. But, it does not seem to be getting better either. It does not seem to itch or cause her pain. Although, she does lick the spot once in a while. I have looked on the internet and found nothing that really described what it could be. Can anyone tell me what it might be?

My sister and my young nieces & nephews have just lost their beloved pet cat. It was killed by a wild animal.

What are your suggestions on how I can let my young nieces & nephews know how sorry I am, and that I'm thinking of them?

would it be a good idea to take my sheepdog to petco or some pet grooming place for a new haircut or would that go against sheepdog code?are dogs afraid of scissors/hair trimmers&what if she freaks out/faints?i've seen dogs with smooth/ little hair&looked at all the fur on my sheepdog, which is long&shaggy,so i wasn't sure if the sheepdog is comfortable with having so much hair during this overwhelming heat.she sticks out her tongue a lot so that indicates that she is trying to cool down or just hungry or curious?do dogs sweat from their paws or they just drool?would a haircut&hair clips/bobby pins to pin some of the hair back help or does it's fur self-insulate?is a little bit of hairspray okay?are dogs allergic to hairspray?do dogs sneeze?how can i tell if she is embarrassed or not with the new hairdo?will she get depressed?do i wait until the sheepdog is asleep to secretly attach the hairclips/pins?any ideas??answer only if you can give tips for petcare during the summer weather^___^

I have a pit-bull puppy and I noticed that her vagina started swelling/pertruding? I also noticed some vaginal bleeding. Is this the normal menstruation process?

She just came out of a split heat. We kept her inside for the duration, but two of her mammary glands are becoming full and kind of swollen. The rest of the glands have remained the same size. Is she pregnant or is something else going on?

She used to breed the dogs in Pennsylvania, and I can't seem to find her. She bred the best Wheatons around. I am really interested in buying another from her.

We had three of them from her.

i was busy today and didnt take her for a walk and know she is throwing a tantrum stomping up and down the hall way. she keeps coming in my room, hed butting my legs, letting out a big sigh then stomping off throughout the house. i was going to take her tonight but we have all these thunder storm warnings and the news told me to stay inside. how do i get her to stop doing this? its getting on my nerves. i feel sorry for her though, first i put her picture all over the internet without asking her now she doesnt get her walk.

I am partially chlosteriphobic and i am a little freaked about bees, (don't know what thats called!) and some dogs and cats that are a little wierd sometimes freak me out, but they're still cute.

why this is in the pets section is that:
1. Any phobias about animals? List them too.
2. This is the only section i'm allowed in so far. I didn't ask if i could go into another category.
3. Would this go in the society and culture category?

Okay, my male Budgie, who its under 4 months was trying to mimic an older budgie and tryed to climb and get on his swing. But, he failed, and now, is too scared to come down. Im also too afraid to put my hand/finger in and bring it down. I tried calling his name, rubbing his tummy, and even putting his perch closer to him. He won't come down!

First I was worried about it not have learned how to pee in the litter box , but when i put it there it succefully peed , and when I got it cat food it didnt eat much maybe a small piece but it did drink milk. After two days its improving its eating more cat food and milk , its eating more overall. Its sleeping alot and when wakes up I take it myself to the food pot and it usually eats , when I feel it might need to pee I take it to the litterbox and it does it. Sometimes when I bring my hands closer it starts licking it and biting on it (not hard really , i enjoy it) , does that mean its hungry? , it also walks around the house licking stuff , is it playing or is it hungry? , How exactly do i know its about to pee?. I once felt its chest and i felt vibrations or cramps I dont know exactly what does that mean is it sick?
