First I was worried about it not have learned how to pee in the litter box , but when i put it there it succefully peed , and when I got it cat food it didnt eat much maybe a small piece but it did drink milk. After two days its improving its eating more cat food and milk , its eating more overall. Its sleeping alot and when wakes up I take it myself to the food pot and it usually eats , when I feel it might need to pee I take it to the litterbox and it does it. Sometimes when I bring my hands closer it starts licking it and biting on it (not hard really , i enjoy it) , does that mean its hungry? , it also walks around the house licking stuff , is it playing or is it hungry? , How exactly do i know its about to pee?. I once felt its chest and i felt vibrations or cramps I dont know exactly what does that mean is it sick?

When the kitten licks and nibbles on your fingers it is typically looking for its mama's nipple to get milk. If it is really young you might need to bottle feed it, but if it is eating food it should be fine. Let it nibble and lick at your fingers, it will help the kitten bond to you and think you are its mom

Your kitten is actually doing everything it should be. Kittens generally meow strangely when they are about to poop, but urinating is a totally different matter. They just go. If you've been putting the kitten in the cat box, it is probably picking up on the fact that it is supposed to go there to potty. As well as milk, put out some water and start weaning the kitty from milk a little at a time. You can tell when a young kitten is hungry, because it will start trying to nurse on you, not biting or licking, but moving it's little face around and making "smacking" noises. You may take it to the vet just as a precaution, but I'm guessing it will be fine. Good luck and congratulations on your newest family member!

I would get some cat formula from the store if you are still giving it milk. Regular milk may upset it's stomach. Very soon your kitten will start to understand where to pee and you won't have to take it there anymore. Be careful how dependent you make the kitten on you....since it was taken away early this could cause some problems later on. Once the kitten shows that it knows where to pee, let it do it on it's own. Soon I would start to ween the kitten off of milk and only give it kitten chow which is rich in nutrients that it needs.

Well first of all, you sound like you are doing a good job with your little furry baby.

Your kitten will have to pee and poop very frequently. I would play with it for a while but make sure it has access to the little box roughly every half hour or so. They are tiny and their little bodies can't hold much food at a time.

Kittens and puppies are like babies. Your kitten goes around licking everything because it's learning about it's environment. Just like human babies go around putting everything in their mouths. Keep small things off the floor and out of kitten's reach.

The licking and biting of your finger is a nursing reflex. All kittens do this.

The chest "vibrations" could be something like a "burp" or it could be that it's systems are not entirely developed yet. All of my cats did this when they were kittens...and I rescued one of them when he was VERY tiny.

Be sure to always keep lots of wet food around for the kitten. Cats are carnivores and will eventually die of kidney disease if they do not recieve meat with their meals. If the kitten is really small you may want to purchase some evaporated milk to feed it as well. We did this with all of our kittens and they lapped it up until they didn't need it anymore. Then they ignored it.

Get the little one into the vet A.S.A.P for a once over and to establish a relationship. Your little one will be your best friend. You sound like you are off to a great start! But you want to get the appropriate shots and get it spayed or neutered as soon as it's ready.

Good job and good luck...from one cat lover to another!

Personally I give all my kitten half n half....and my cats. If I dont' they attack the butter. I figured that mean they need more fats. I would only weening kittens canned food, just don't get the smelly stuff and after a week or so add kitten chow. Then you can weed her off the wet food toward the dry. She will lick and suck, 'cause thats what they do. Kittens weened too early have a tendency to suck fingers and toes.....careful there. I had one that even at eight months still honed in on nursing when his mom had another litter........yeah he had a foot fetish....licking toes all the time!

I liked the other two legitimate answers. Great advise!

Don't carry your kitten around like a doll baby. Even a six-week old kitten can find a litterbox (you have shown it where it is) and the kitten will quickly learn that you are going to eat or be in the kitchen when you get up. That's where most people put their cats bowls and water dishes.

A little kitten might have a problem if the house is 10,000 sq. ft or such. That's a rare situation I think.

As far as the biting is concerned be sure you play with your kitten using a cat dancer or a feather toy so he learns that human hands are not his toys, they are for loving and expressing affection.

You are doing just fine. You will no longer need to take it to the toilet, can't it go outside or is it an inside cat? And your kitten/cat wants to play, this is important for your cat. You should be starting to feed it only twice a day, and maybe a small amount of dry food (munchies) during the day or late at night (like I tend to do, i spoil mine). Can i also suggest after it has had its first shots, vaccinations etc.. do not get any more, not even yearly ones, no heart worm etc... as these are dangerous chemicals that I would not take, and I will not allow my cats to take, they have never been to the vets, ever and they never have any shots etc... they are all in therlate 60's to 90's.

Kittens and cats should not drink milk ever. Water only ...They do have a special milk for kittens that is ok its called KMR. Keep the litter box in the same place handy for your kitten to able to find it. It will use the box if it is near by and not have accidents.Licking and bitting on your hand sounds liie normal kitten play. The vibrations where probably purring. Kittens sleep alot and they need to eat often every few hours.
Persian cats are not meant to be outdoor cats. they are inside cats only so do not ever let it outside.

Mother cats and dogs make their babies pee and poop by licking that area, No you don't have to do that but if you want it to pee hold it over the wash basin and softly rub the area with a little wet cotton, see what happens!
