My guinea pig just gave birth, and all of the babies are healthy. One of them is a tan color with red eyes, while the rest of them have black eyes. Does this mean anything significant? Or is it just an eye color?

In about a million years, which animals do you think will have evolved to walk on two feet instead of four?

This isn't that serious of a question, don't tell me things like "with global warming the world will be destroyed before that happens". That CLEARLY isn't an answer to my question.
And please don't preach to me about God if you don't believe in evolution. It's just a question, don't take offence to it.

I have to crate my dog and he has never been in a cage. My friend told me her dog bent the wire on the cage and was bleeding. Is this common? I really don't want to crate him. But I am moving in with a roommate and I don't want to risk damage to her house. He isn't bad he just does a little nuts when he thinks I am not coming back, which I always do. I was thinking of getting a really big cage so he has alot of room and put him somewhere he can see outside and a t.v. I live him home know at my own place and he just sits on my bed watches t.v and out the window do you think this will help?

I have a dog that has the complete body of a labadore, but has little short legs like a bassit. Everyone that see's him just adores him, and I would like to have another some day. Its kind of a weird mix but he is such a smart convienient dog. I would figure they would sell like hot cakes. I was wondering if anyone had the same mix only a female.

I'm minding a 1 1/2 year old male cat while my friend is working abroad. He was fine going out and coming back for about a week and half then went out last Monday morning and hasn't been back since. Have checked next door neighbours and the old house we all used to live in. Where do I go from here?

What are your thoughts?

My neighbour has had a baby and is paranoid that her cat will lie on the baby and suffocate it, so she won't let the cat in the house any more - it has to sleep in the shed. I think this is cruel, especially with the winter approaching. It's a timid but very affectionate animal and can't understand what it's done wrong. Is there actually any hard evidence of cats having suffocated babies or is this just one of those old wives' tales or urban myths?

1. Get your puppy from a registered breeder and not the man or woman selling cheap. Bann back yrd breeding.
cheap=dangerous
2. Train yoyr dog well get professional help. these days petsmart as trainers in thier stores.

3. Keep your dog from running loose. Any breed of dog running loose is dangerous no matter how well trained.
4. Never leave a small child alone iwht any large dog. This is just comman sence.
5. Fight dog fighting. Trun them in when you find it and if the police won't do anything go to the mayor and the media.
5. Bring the good things pit bulls do to the media and don't leave them alone till they show both sides od the breed. The good side will shine over the bad.
6. If you see a pit bull running loose call animal control right away don't let something bad happen. A frighten dog will attack.
Get the right kind of dangerous dog law passed
7. Get your dogs fixed if you are not going to show them

These two dogs get along very well, and during quiet times, my basset hound the oldest likes to lick different areas on my yorkie's body? Is this a sign of affection, or are there sores on the yorkie that I'm not aware of? Any ideas?
