I must say... I have three dogs... a yorkie, and two little mixed pups. I adore my yorkie, but there's something about a mixed breed that makes them irresistible. They're so much more unique, and are so friendly.

My husband says Boxer for their loyalty, or a blood hound because they are laid back nature and their loyalty. I think I would choose Boxer for their loyalty and train ability, or Rottweiler for their loyalty and loving nature. They also get a bad rap. They can really be a sweet natured dog. Ours is. We love a large breed dog.

Chihuahuas. They are super attached to their family. I have a couple that are friendly to strangers (the others are more fearful but not aggressive) and a couple that work on obedience training. People who meet my dogs are always impressed that they aren't like their idea of how a chihuahua behaves. It's all in how you raise them.

Most all of the sight hounds. I love their spirit, their often very funny personalities. The afghans for their beauty which can take your breath away - have you ever seen an afghan in full flight? The greyhounds for their calm, loving ways and their often funny antics. The Irish Wolfhounds for their majesty and grace.

Labs, because they are sweet and gentle with kids and they love getting out and running around. Very loyal dogs if you train them well.

definitely yorkshire terrier...at first, i don't know what yorkshire terriers look like so i search the web...you can use yahoo...they are such cute animals and i just want to hug one! but yorkshire terriers don't care about the quality of their puppies and such puppies can hardly make champion dogs...but they're still cute!!!

GERMAN SHEPHERD
I love German actor GEDEON BURKHARD (he is perfect man... real Reth Butler) and one of his epics was "Commissar Rex". There was this dog-GERMAN SHEPHERD. When I see this dog breed I get pleasant memoirs.
