If your dog is paper you should have gotten the paper with the dog/puppy. You dont go to a website to get them. You fill them out and send them let say to AKC, i dont know what country you are in. But you should have gotten the papers at the moment of purchase...If you didnt go back to breeder/pet store and ask for them....

When you bought your puppy the breed should have given you a "blue slip" it is the form that show s the breeder registered the litter and that the pups can be registered through AKC.
If you did not get one or the breeder did not register the litter you can not register the pup.
You can get an ILP form and register it for competeing in other things not confirmation but obedience and field trails and such but it is not for breeding and the pups can not be registered.

There is the AKC, CKC and if you wanted to - yes same initial CKC (Canadian Kennel Club). IF your dog has papers which SHOULD have been provided at the time of sale. Otherwise it's quite a bit of work to get your papers. Good lucks hun!
