A toy that shape can easily get caught in the dog's intestines, which could result in the dog's death. If he doesn't pass it in the next day, bring him to a vet.
BTW, you'll have to examine his waste very closely. That means breaking it up and search for the toy (like a Cracker Jack box from hell).

Depends. Was it hard plastic? Did it have any edges or points that could do internal damage? Better be prepared to see a vet, get x-rays....maybe surgery to remove the toy. Then again she could pass it no problem. But watch her and her poop closely just in case.

i knew a family whos dog ate a whole string of christmas lights(the x-rays made a great card front) a piece of plastic isn't something to worry about if he swallowed it (wich you would know if he did by now). but just to be safe try letting him play with little fruits instead of toys, my dog loves chasing grapes across the kitchen.

Just to make sure its nothing serious, I suggest you take her to the vet. Swallowing plastic, no matter how small the piece may be, is not a joke.

My dog ate a whole foam plate and she is a small dog. Her poop was bright yellow for days but she was fine after that so I think your dog will be fine too.

If she doesn't puke or poop it in a few days then take her to the vet because it might get logged in her intestines.
