I keep my dog in the garage while I'm at work, so he walks on the concrete all day long. What can I do to make the bottom of his feet not get so rough from the concrete?

First, note that I have a kitten myself and I contribute to the cat section of Yahoo Answers quite a bit. Anyways here's a few disgusting things about cats I don't really like:

1) fleas and scabies, possible carrier especially when they first come into the house, personal experience

2) they eat **** and drink urine: from reading on here how the mother cat helps their babies use the bathroom.

3) they also eat litter and possible their own ****, if it get's on them, they have to get it off somehow, animals don't really mine eating **** actually, it's just we humans find it disgusting, so attribute this to species prejudice

Those are mine personal, what about your own cat do you not like or find disgusting. Fortunate for me, I have a very affectionate kitty so bad behavior which is not tolerated in the house is not a problem. Also have a automatic litter box cleaner which does a good job of taking care of smell from the kitty.

For instance I would like to save 50$ by purchacing vaccinations (rabies and rubella) online for only 7$ and administering to my dog via needle injection. Are there qualifications for doing these types of procedures?

I got wonderful answers the first time around although I am sure there are alot of great ones out there, 'd like a few more, so I am reopening the question. I jst got a new beta fish & need a good handle for him. He was the last one in the store that no one wanted.?
I am hoping for something significant to the fact that he was the last one. So far all we can come up with is Belle (Saved by the Bell)

someone asked, it is a male betta, these answers are awesome keep them coming and he'll be named the best one. Thanks all!

I have a 5 month old Labrador Retriever.
I want to potty train my dog since it is getting really frustrating 4 me to clean the puddles n her poop.i stay on the third floor of my building so i cannot let her off to roam.so is there a way to teach my dog to pooty in the bathroom?
Also when i am eating she just jumps onto me like she also wants to eat even when i have feed her just minutes ago.
she also chews the sofas.
When i am about to sleep on my bed she just sleeps on her favourite spot but after some time she jumps onto my bed n sleeps down onto my legs.even though i yell at her she jumps down but after some time the same thing occurs but after many attempts i sleep.what do i do to make her sleep on her spot??
n also after how many days should i give her a bath.(i give her a bath every 3 days).
n the last question .what is the best shedule for giving food to a 5 month old dog.(i feed her every 3 hours ie six times a day).is there a good n proper shedule?

Thanx for ur time..

I have a pet rabbit, but I've never had a guinea pig. I was considering on getting a guinea pig after I read up a lot on them. I like my rabbit enough but I was wondering if maybe a guinea pig is friendlier than a rabbit. I'm not giving up my rabbit as I love her too much but it would be great if I could get more opinions as to which tends to be more friendlier, rabbits or guinea pigs.
