Believe it or not, there are some sounds that pets react better to than others. An animal named Brenda won't respond as well as an animal named Tiger. Hard consanant sounds like "T" and "K," as well as long vowel sounds like "ee" and "oo" catch the ears of a pet better than softer sounds. So when a cat named Charlie comes when he's called, it's because he hears the "ch" catching his attention, and the "ie" is a friendly sound that indicates he's being called.

Chloe for a cute little girl ;) Althought it is very common. I also pondered Winnie, Macy, Olive, Olivia, and a couple others that I can't remember at the moment.
For boys I would say Ethan, Rupert, Ralph, Moxie, Elijah, and mannyy others -- it's a lot easier naming boys than girls! A kitty at our local shelter was named Cricket, which is also cute.

Stretch if he is a male cat, because they are always stretching and for a female Ocean because your cat is beautiful as the Ocean
