I am hoping for something significant to the fact that he was the last one. So far all we can come up with is Belle (Saved by the Bell)

Since Betta's are such a beautiful type of fish, you might give it a beautiful name, like: Nightingale, Marigold, Aqua or Aquanette, Rainbow, and Sunshine. You should best choose the name because, after all, your the owner. I just want to tell you one thing that to you might be mean, but you know that most times the last fish is is the ugliest or most unhealthy.

Hephaestus. call him Heff for short. Hephaestus replaced right into a Greek God. His parents have been Hera and Zeus. He replaced into born deformed, so Hera threw him from Olympus. He back, grew to develop into the main suitable blacksmith of all time and married Aphrodite (the Goddess of love, and arguably the main eye-catching). He grew to develop into famous by utilising each and every of the Gods for weaponry and armour. Plus, human beings will quickly assume that your fish being named after a Greek God means which you have a some distance better mind than maximum. it somewhat is unhappy that they do, yet i'm getting alot of compliments for naming my cat Buddha. I in hassle-free terms did it coz he had a huge abdomen whilst he replaced into born and saved attempting to take a seat down on his butt. Omega's solid too. Or how approximately Zed? (the interest for the letter z)

How about "Mongo" because he was the short fat retarded kid at school with a forehead the size of a 36" TV screen, and he was all ways picked last for the kick ball game in the playground.

I've always liked the name "Sushi" for a betta.

He could also be named Quasimodo. No one wanted him either!
