The monkey will.
Drunk monkey won't know whats going on at first, till the bog bites his a** then he'll sober up really quick, climb a tree with his free hand, and feet, and stab the s*** out of the dog from a safe distance(dogs are stubborn so it'll keep coming back to the tree to get stabbed) . Ultimately monkey becomes your new best friend.....if he doesn't stab your a** during the victory hug.

I am a japanese robot made from monkey parts and i can tell you first hand that the monkey would win but only if it drank rum and tequila for three days straight and listened to rap music for twenty four hours.
Or the buldog.

no, because human beings and monkeys were evolving one after the different for round sixty 5 million years, so as that is likely adequate time for a human to lose that's compatibility with a monkey...
