I have 1 week old possibly fertile chicken egg I've been keeping warm in a homemade incubator, I have candled it and it is dark on the inside. Here's what's up, I haven't told my parents or older sister about the egg, I'm concerned they may make me get rid of it before it possibly hatches. I do plan to tell them if the egg hatches, but my problem is some people think should stop incubating the egg since I don't have the right home for it.

But here's a description of where I live

I live in a 3 story townhouse complex in Henderson, NV(in short I live in Las Vegas). Our complex is still under construction and there really isn't an outdoor area the chick can go to or live in. We don't have a backyard just a balcony. We live in a 3 bed room townhouse. But most people think the chick will be miserable if it stays in the house or I can't find the right home for it. Also some other people think I should stop incubating the egg if I can't care for it, so should I do it or not?

My dog just had oral surgery and now refuses to open his mouth when I try to give him his medicine orally with a syringe. I can't put the medicine in his food since he does not want to eat just yet. Are there any helpful tips on how I can get the medicine in his mouth without hurting him?

My parents were going to buy me a pomeranian for my birthday that was about a month ago, but couldn't find a "suitable" breeder. I have 2 younger siblings and a keeshond, and we have a hectic schedule that leaves us home from only like 3 pm. - 9 pm. before bed. Is a pomeranian a good breed to have with the little time that we have? Is it good with our keeshond? What about grooming??

At a thrift shop I reciently got a micromouse cat toy, the battery operated remote controled mouse that scurries across your floor. Unfortunately, there is no instructions with it and I've looked online and no luck either.

Does anyone know how it fits on the base to recharge?
Or perhaps a website that shows it?

Thanks.

We woke up the other morning and found this dog in our above ground pool. There is no way he could have jumped in so we figure someone tried to drown him. He is missing an eye, poor puppy! Here are some pics...

It's going to be my dog's birthday in a couple of days, and I wanted to buy her some clothes. But then my father came up with this stupid idea dogs can't be cold, and my mother agreed.
I'm going to buy her clothes anyway, but now I feel curious. Can dogs be cold?
Thank you for reading.
