Dogs can be cold, just like they can be hot. Your parents ever hear that dogs cannot be left in a hot car?

Yes, all living things get cold, even plants. If you're experiencing cold weather right now, and think that your dog will be better of with some clothes on to keep her warm, then by all means go ahead and get them for her. If you're living in a hot climate at the moment though, it's really not advisable for her to be wearing anything at all other than her own fur, as she might get overheated as a consequence.

Yes, of course, dogs can be very cold, especially the short-haired ones. Dogs should not be left outside in very hot or very cold weather.

Yes dogs get cold, though not as easily as people do. Smaller breeds are more susceptible to cold temperatures than larger breeds. Go ahead and buy her sweaters, she's YOUR dog, not your parent's dog. You can also get little boots for your dog to protect her feet from snow and ice.

Yes they can, especially the short hair and the hairless kind.
A friend of mine has a Boston Terrier named Puddin. She gets cold and hides under the armchair to warm up.

Yes, they can. Sometimes, when I let my black lab out in the snow or just cold, I'll let him in and he'd be shivering. Even though it's harder with their fur coat, it's pretty much possible for any animal to get cold.
