Sometimes the water pressure is fine and sometimes its weak. This happens even if no other faucet is running.

ok, took bed apart and moved it to another room, after putting bed back together, have found that it bloody squeeks everytime i lay on it.

It squeeks if your rock it towards the headboard (ahem, no comments needed), but is ok going across ways.

it is a wood framed bed, that fits together with metal plates on the outer frame with wooden slats placed (not screwed. lol) laying on the frame.

Have tried moving the slats, no difference, and the creaking seems to come from the area where frames connect???

what can be done to sort this as it makes rockin very difficult when we need to be a bit quiet (ahem!!!). end up going crossways, but then feet off the end if you get my drift. lol

any help would be great, and no innuendo's lol

Has anyone done this? I can't think of anything that would go wrong. I would use outside electrical cord of proper gauge. Protect it with conduit. Put the window ac unit in the custom window I will cut out in my dog house. build a cage so my dog can't get to the unit. (chicken wire or somthing) Possibly fix a breaker or fuse of some sorts just in case. Probably have to clean out dog hair daily from filter as not to plug it up with debrie and dog hair. Can this be done? Is there anything I'm not looking at? Am I going to kill myself or my dog? Also I was wondering if my 5000 btu unit would freeze up being a small dog house? It's way hot though and the dog house isn't very insulated. The door is just a clear vinyle flappy door. Thanks

If a house is shuttered up and vacant for an extended period of time will the water in the various sinks' traps eventually evaporate and allow sewer gases to back up into the house?

It's on the spinners, and on the inside of it. It also leaves some on some of the dishes after they're washed.

Is there a way to clean the inside of the dishwasher?

Very recently our washer started making a horrible screeching noise when it is filling with hot water. This noise is heard all throughout the house, so we can't wash clothes late at night when others are sleeping. My company also had an institutional coffee maker that made the same noise when it was preparing to brew. The coffee maker was replaced and the new one is silent. What causes this and how can I fix it?

Over the years some of the logs have developed horizontal cracks up to 3/8 inch in width. The cracks have been treated with a caulking but the appearance is unaccptable. We are looking for a material that can we applied with little effort and the finished surface will be flush with the existing log surface. We have been thinking of using a grout normally used for ceramic tiles and coloured with the same stain used on the logs.

Your opinions and experiences would be appreciated.
