A landlord does not need to provide certain items. They are a refrigerator, washer and dryer. They must provide you with a stove. If some of these are not there, you must purchase these items on your own.

It depends on if the house is furnished or not. A furnished house would most likely have all these items. An unfurnished house would not have these things. Some houses may contain some of the things you mentioned but that would vary from house to house and the landlord. good luck.

The stove has to be there. The Fridge and Washer do not, I would check with the landlord, if not you are required to have your own.

Some contain these things, some don't. You need to ask the landlord about what is included in your rental.
