and I am unable to get it clean because the dirt gets into the cracks. It is white.

Seal the crack with a white epoxy, then paint the dish with an elastomeric paint, and it should hold up fine.

You could replace it. Call in a tile man and let him remove the old one and put in a new one. That would be the best solution. With the moisture in the bath, I don't think that the paint would last too long. good luck.
