Oh come on, what is the weight of an army pullthru, how far from here to there.
When I was a contractor, albeit electrical, I frequently got asked how much to put a light switch in, or to put a socket in.
I f i asked you for the price of a new tyre and you quoted me £50 including fitting you would be pretty upset if I turned up with a dumpster with 2meter x75cm tires on it at £3000 each would not you...

Internal doors no more than £25 a door. External its hard to say because if a contractor fits a door in say 4 hours, what does he do for the rest of the day. When i was self-employed joiner i used to wait till i had 3 or 4 very small jobs and try to fit them into a day or too. but to answer the question i would say no more than £60.

As it happens I have just had all of the internal doors in my house replaced - eight of them. The local contractor charge me £130 per day and it took him two days, more or less.
