since you're only using it at home and not comercially you should consider value, home depot for instance has lower end washers that'll be just fine for no more than you'll be using it i suspect, toro, homelite, and companies that make smaller household tools should do ,make sure it's got a year warranty on it and you should be safe,by the way, they can range from 150.00 to thousands depending on how major a power washer you need, keep it practicle

You want something with a good pump, "General" is about the best pump out there have been around for a long time and go gas this way its not a pain to get around , get something with a "Honda" 5 hp and you'll be set to go. I'm not really sure whats out there but I do know for a fact if you can find something with those components you'll be good. I have a "Simpson" brand I bought from Sherwin Williams 25 yrs ago and still runs and looks like day one, I'm a professional painter and power wash all exteriors before applying any paint. Good luck Les the painter The pump and motor I mentioned is whats on my Simpson

The problem with power washers is the amount time it sits without using it. Consider renting one for the day.

If it is your substantial purpose for paying for a ability washer, you're dropping your funds. If those stains, even devoid of being set in for years, won't come out with todays array of cement cleansing chemical compounds, no volume of spraying with pressurized water is going to do away with them, except you intend on digging the cement out interior the aspects that are stained.

The Husky 1800 distributed by Home Depot is a pretty dependable unit in the lower price range. I purchased one several months ago and have used it pretty steady for cleaning buildings since. It does a good job and has been trouble free.
