I have replaced a grassed area with rainbow stones done by a handyman. He compacted the area then laid down weed cover sheet. Despite this Max manages to dig through and the weeds are growing everywhere and stones scattered around. I was thinking of removing the stone, covering the area with something that hardened (sand and cement mix? what type) then replacing the stones back. How to go about it?. Any other suggestions? Thank you

It looks like that it could work except I am not sure what to do with the lip that runs along the out side perameter; it is raised a bit. How can you make the sink flush with the bottom of the counter top. Undermounted sinks are so expensive. Can anybody help me save a little money?

My daughters vent is under her bed. We want to get something to redirect the air so it flows between the bed and the wall. Instead of just staying stuck under the bed. Does anyone know the name of such a thing to do this? If so what is it called and where can I get it?

I am replacing an old thermostat in our house and needed some wiring assitance. We purchased a new Honeywell RTH6300B thermostat and the wiring appears easy, now the question.

On the old thermostat we have the following wires:

W
G
Y
RH
RC

Now .. I have a red cable on the RC terminal and a jumper wire from the RC to RH. On the new thermostat it says if you have both R and RC wire to remove the jumper .. Now TECHNICALLY I only have an R wire, so should I be OK connecting the R wire to the R port and leaving the jumper in?
