Well water is dripping quite steadily from my ceiling about a a foot out from my vent opening. I am thinking it is from condensation(and a lot of it) for it started as soon as i turned up my air conditioning. Now it does not always do this so I am thinking its humidity/condensation. Has any of you had this problem? The plaster is kinda bubbled out from the water and everything. Water is not pouring but its a slow drip...drip...drip...and its slowly stopping and drying since i turned the air off. WILL BUYING A SMALL INEXPENSIVE DEHUMIDIFIER FOR THAT ROOM SOLVE THE PROBLEM?

I have a 4" to 6" PVC shaft for my well. Coming from my house is the wires that go to the electric submursalbe pump that I beleive is at the bottom of this shaft. I believe I have a bad pump due to it works gfopr a few seconds and shuts off. I added 20 min of city water to my well just in case it was dry and the pump worked for 40 seconds. So I think I need to remove the pump to replace it. Someone has tired a nylon ropr to the pump but it won't budge. I also notice a rode down approx 4' from the top. not sure if this someho plays a role in the removal of the pump?

My husband and I have a bought a large old full 2 story house. It needs to be gutted and mostly redone. We plan to renovate the main floor first so that we can move in by Oct 1st and finish the basement and upper floor as we live there. This house needs new roof, new plumbing, new elecric, it is having some walls knocked down and replaced with beams, needs the walls insulated, new walls put up, change windows, it also has no kitchen and no bathrrom. Plus it needs all the lath and plaster knocked out. We can do any of these things ourselves but need to hire out alot of the work to have it done in time. What things should we do and which should we hire out to save the most money?

i broke the plastic leg off my swivel office chair, the legs go out from the base horizontally, and are weight bearing, and blance the chair,

anyway, i went into the cupboard and found some testors cement for plastic models, would that work? and hold it together without making it flex? im close to panicking now,

and i cant replace it.

i was leaning back in my office chair, swivel you know, and all of a sudden i hear a snap and i fell backwards, turns out, i broke a part of the leg off, and i need to know how to fix it. part of it was solid, and part was hollow, and it broke off at the end of the solid part, so i have the hollow part broken completely off. any ideas?

i took a handrail off the wall from the previous tennants in my house and have since started stripping wallpaper only to find chunk of wall falling away with matchstix and wall plugs aplenty.the holes are now roughly three inch diameter and at the deepest point probly about the same...how do i go about filling them?any products you can recommend would be helpful...the plaster seems so crumbly and i can see bits that have been filled before and chunks of that is falling away with the wall in some places.PLEASE HELP...IT FEELS LIKE MY HOUSE IS FALLING APART.(THE HANDRAIL ISNT THE ONLY PLACE THE WALLS ARE LIKE THIS ..JUST THE WORST OF IT)
