Spray hair spray on the ink stains & let it set a while. Then machine wash. Depending on how bad the stains are, you'll have to use a lot of hairspray. To keep the ink stains form bleeding through to the rest of your shirt & jeans, fold up some paper towel, & slip inside the shirt behind the stain. Ditto for jeans.

Try using rubbing alcohol. Alternate soaking then washing several times until stain is removed. Also, try Carbona Stain remover for ink. It is sold at department store and large grocery stores (around here it's Stop & Shop). The stuff works great. It comes in a small yellow funky-shaped bottle in various formulas.

The best way to get out ink stains is to put rubbing alcohol on the stain before washing.

Try spraying hairspray on it too.
