Generally, no. Just be sure to double check the spacing of the 2 mounting bolts that hold the tank to the bowl. If that are spaced the same, you should be alright.
But...keep your receipt just in case.

Plain Jane is right (but unnecessarily obnoxious). So is the guy who mentioned the universal replacement tanks - and yes they are UGLY.
However, the main consideration is not whether the tank will physically fit onto the bowl. Each tank (even from the same manufacturer) is designed for 1 or 2 specific bowls. The flush valve and fill valve are designed to move the waste through the s-trap efficiently.
So, you may get a tank to mount, but the toilet may not operate very well.
GOOD LUCK :)

Well, WHY? There are so many brands and styles on the market these days, you might find a tank to fit, you might not, so why go through the aggravation? In them-thar big-box stores, they have displays that show what tanks will fit what different models OF THE SAME BRAND of toilet. (NO disrespect intended, but Gee, ever wonder why they do that?) Me, I have to go now...I'm having trouble fitting a 12-cylinder Volvo diesel truck motor into my Mini-Cooper. Oh, by the way: some tanks and toilets have THREE mounting holes and special/proprietary rubber mounting fittings SPECIFIC to that brand and model...

There are universal replacement ones that can match a hole pattern on most toilets. They are white plastic and ugly but they work.
Usually a name brand tank will not fit another name brand bowl (and that is not a coincidence).
