The countertops are old (24 years) and we won't be able to replace them till next year, but until then, there is this sticky coating on each tile (some not so bad) that I can't seem to get rid of. I haven't tried anything too harsh as a chemical, just scrubbing with different abrasives like toothbrushes and sponges...any suggestions?

I took a hat into a professional dry cleaning store and when I came to pick it up it was 2 sizes too small. I went in the next day to discuss what happened and they said there were no directions so they just washed it and would not do anything for me. They told me when I dropped it off that they dry cleaned hats all the time...

from cleaning the sinks and the toilets. If you spray the cleaner and then use a paper towel to wipe off a toilet seat or clean the sinks with, are you at risk from getting germs from people?

Our house is by the heavy traffic road (tar road). The walls and the curtains get covered by dust by evening and there is not enough time for daily elaborate cleaning.

The options are bounce, tide, cheer, downy, dreft, era, gain, ivory, and febreeze. And also do u use any of their matching products such as dryer sheets and fabric softner?

If doing general cleaning around the house. Example: bathroom, countertops, showers. Are there any advantages of using Clorox Clean Up? Or using bleach just as good?
