I use Kaboom! to get all the old scum off and then I use a Mr. Clean Eraser Pad everyday to keep it clean. It's so easy to just wipe down the shower after you're done showering and it stays sparkling clean all the time. You can use it on the glass, chrome, ceramic, fiberglass and tiles. It doesn't scratch and takes off any soap residue.

I have a fiberglass tub and surround.
After every use, I use a squeegee to wipe off the excess water. I scrape down the walls and doors, down the side of the tub and then push it all toward the drain. Takes perhaps 30 seconds.
Then I spray with Method shower spray (ylang ylang scent is great!) from Target. I make sure to hit all the caulk and the bottom of the tub. I could do the whole darned thing but I'm frugal - I just get the spots that get the most water and are most likely to mildew. This takes another 15 seconds or so.
Every two weeks I clean with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I could use it alone, but sometimes for those tough areas (like the bottom of the tub) I'll pre-spray with some cleanser. I don't recall the brand, but I like the ones that have Teflon in them. Although any would do. It's just to pave the way, so to speak. The eraser does a fantastic job. You know it's clean when it moves smoothly over the surface.
Twice a year or as needed, I use the Clorox bleach pen on any caulk that has mildewed.

Greased Lightning is the bomb when it comes to cleaning the bathroom. I spray it all over the shower and let it sit. While it's sitting I clean the toilet, countertops and sink. By the time I'm done it's sat long enough to rinse off. There's hardly any scrubbing involved and it gets it WHITE again.
Good luck!

Soft Scrub and Kaboom work about the same.
My mom just bought a new cleaner called "Simple Green" and it has muliple purposes, including cleaning showers and tubs. We haven't tried it yet, though.

Soft Scrub always works the best for me. It takes off soap scum and mildew with little effort compared to other products.

I use non-toxic cleaners. They don't have the smell that burns your nose and you have to open a window or go out of the room when you use them, they clean really good and are safer for your health.

SOS scrubbing pads are great and they will take all of the scum off of the glass doors and tub. It doesn't scratch them. When you get the doors clean put a small amount of baby oil on them and it will keep them clean.

I belong to Melalueca and they have the best shower cleaner, it is cheap and comes in a concentrate. It works so well on my bathtub I have been using it on my kitchen sink...
