Sadly bugs know no bounderies so the short answer is "YES!".

They will go anywhere, anytime, anyplace & the favorite path is through the walls, baseboards, or any other dark, dank area where they creep & crawl to new locations.

I would suggest to go ahead & treat your home from a prevention point of view & that way any that manage to find their way to your abode will get the message quickly & search elsewhere!
Good Luck!

Most definitely. Especially if they move out those bugs will be looking for food. When you live in an apartment you should always keep things in plastic containers with tight lids. Especially food.

Certainly !! I don't have a pet, but two years ago I had a MAJOR flea infestation from my neighbor's cats. Bugs love to hang out where the food is, and will migrate up, down, and sideways.

I had to go to my apartment manager, and have THEM give the neighbor warning regarding the fleas.

Maybe not if they're above you, but I know that bugs and cockroaches do sometimes crawl across hallways, etc. in apartment buildings.

YES! Your best way of dealing with it is to stop it before it happens. Buy some bait traps and put them in the kitchen and bathroom(s). That way if and when they come to visit you they will eat the stuff, go back to their home and kill off the rest of their nasty little family.

possibly - it matters the level of infestation and the paths the bugs can get from their apartment to yours.

If you want them, I am sure they wouldn't mind if you took a few.
