Usually a dry cleaner who specializes in suede and leather also has a repair service. To repair it you would have to glue another piece of similar leather under the tear. If done properly it turns out well.

maybe have the tailor sew a zipper into the spot making it into a nice detail. Hiding it might be hard but making it into a detail might be cool. Try going to your local leather store or biker store. I'm sure bikers get their leather torn up all the time and throw a leather iron on patch to hide it.

Most dry cleaners offer leather cleaning and repair usually offsite. I have had seams repaired but I'm not sure about tears in obvious locations. Check with your drycleaner.

Go to a good quality cleaners that specializing in cleaning leather. Look in the yellow pages and do some calling.
