I have a few that are really dirty, but most are just from normal wear. They pick up the oils from your hands and head. I don't want to throw them in the washing machine because I'm afraid they will get ruined. Thought there might be a light way to clean them. Anybody have a good solution?

My neighbors yard is on a slope and higher than mine. It drains always onto my long driveway. There is about 14 feet between their house and my driveway. I want to install a French Drain to deal with the excess water I always get that just lays on my driveway. Should I put the drain on the border of the property, or should I put it directly against my driveway? Also, does a French Drain need to have an exit point to drain out to the street or can it just exit all downward and be completely covered and not exposed? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Ok I have older cabitnets and drawers in the kitchen and have 27 handles in total. They are old and dingy. But, new ones cost at least $2 a piece and Im not willing to spend that right now. I bought some siliver spray paint that should make them look like they are stainless steel if done right. Have you ever done that before?

Was running OK then revs seemed to slow and it started running really lumpy and jumping about it's frame. Still starts fine and there are no nasty noises suggesting bearings or anything like that. Has anyone out there had a similar problem?
I feel 99% sure it something in the carb but I thought I would post here before I start ripping it to bits.

I am allergic to a lot of chemicals in the cleaners people buy at the stores. THey give me an awful headache. The problem is a house can only get so clean with wet rags and vaccuum cleaners. Does anyone know any homemade cleaners I can use?

Hello everyone.
Whilst in a drunken haze on Saturday night, I somehow managed to spill a lovely glass of rioja down the front of my favourite white skinny jeans. I've been a bit lazy since then, but last night noticed the stain, washed the jeans.....but the stain remains. Nightmare. I know I should've splashed white wine over it when it happened....but I'd drunk it all. It happens. Don't suppose anyone can come up with some ingenius way of getting rid of the stain without having to resort to buying a new pair? Cheers, dudes.

You know that horrible smell that you get when your clothes sit in the washer over night? Well, even if I wash them again, they still smell. Are there any ways to get the smell out, other than washing them 500 times?
Thanks!
