sorry dude if you want to pass inspection its better to fix the whole in the kitchen floor.

I am guessing that you are talking about a clean-out/inspection cover for the main drain line. These are usually brass but I have not seen one in a kitchen floor except in restaurants. Check with a Home Center or plumbing supply store.

you dont make it clear exactly what you want to know ..but ..you can fit an inspection cover in your kitchen ..but it must be the double seal type with a screw down lid ..and its best to put grease on the seals to make them airtight ..if you have a wooden floor you could always put it under the floor with an access trap
