for english i am writing a story that involves a long description of a tree. so far i have said that it is big and old with soft leaves and willowy branches. in the story someone will also carve their initials in the trunk of the tree so it needs to be quite thick and hard. does anyone have any ideas of what type of tree this is i am describing? also what types of trees do people normally carve their initials into? please help!

House flipping?

Are there any courses out there for flipping homes?? I think it would be smart to have some courses completed before talking to an investor. That way there is a better chance that the investor will be willing to help me out. I know that flipping houses is very hard, i dont need to be told that. My question is, are there any courses out there? or what kind of courses would be benificial to take?
Thanks in advance.

I think thats what you call it. The rubber seal at the bottom of the door is peeling off, and making the seal to the outdoors less than optimal. I'd like to replace that. How do I go about it? Is there a kit that I can buy somewhere? thanks

I have an old boiler - the one you turn on and heats up all the water before you use it - the one with a tank. I'm looking for an upgrade that doesn't use a tank. I'm concerned that it would have to be a good efficint boiler that can work really hard and kick out lots of hot water.

Feel free to give examples and experiences of your detergent misfortunes or wonderful results. (what the stain was, what it was on, and your detergent results)
