I would suggest using bleach on them (leave for a while, then wash off, don't wash off straigt away).
If this doesn't work - you may need to re-grout them.

Spray ti with bleach make sure you open windows and turn ur exhaust fan on, leave it for a while like 10 mins then mop ur floor with hot water and presto the stain will be gone

Depends on what exactly the stains are...so may not always work. But I spray bleach on the floor and let it sit then I mop it with bleach water. Little strong smell after but it works here.

I use a tooth brush, comet and those new Magic Erasers are AMAZING, but if that does help because its stained not dirty you can always use the new Clorox Bleach Pen.

You can go to the grocery and buy clorox stain remover or just buy the main ingredient. Hydrogen peroxide---medicinal .
About .99 each. Works great.
