I have recently had a new double glazed window fitted in my kitchen. The problem I have is that there appears to be a grey film on the glass which, by the way, is Pilkington "K" glass. The other thing that happens is that first thing in the morning the window is completely misted over ( ON THE OUTSIDE ) but clears as the day goes on. I have contacted the company that installed the window and they said they would send the glass rep. along to have a look at it. But they couldn't tell me when.
Has any one any idea as to what the problems could be?
Thanks in advance.

I don't want to buy the full socket - just the cover. You used to be able to buy screw on covers in Homebase, but they don't seem to do them anymore. I'm based in the Uk.

Recently my home flooded with sewage water. The whole basement was in at least a foot and a half of water. I have been trying to clean meticulously. Can anyone help inform me about ways to clean everything and help prevent mild, and mold. I have used bleach and Lysol, but any other information would be greatly appreciated.

MY EAVESTROUGH PICTURE: http://hidebehind.com/9CDA75

A contractor recently installed eavestrough to my entire home but noticed that a number of the troughs are extending past its fascia board (extending past the house) and into the air..is that normal? Or was he suppose to cut it to match the full length of the board (so as to not extend past the house)....

Are there consequences of having an extra long eavestrough?

THanks

I have several clusters of volunteer flowers that pop up all through my back yard between spring and fall. They are beautiful and I would like to plant some on purpose, as my lawn mowing man plows them over without fail. Can anyone help me, or suggest where I might look online?

They look like smaller day lilies, but they don't open quite as far as any of the pictures I've seen. They are a light dusty pink color (almost a bit purplish), with no variation. The color is solid. They have very long stamens... a sort of darker pink... that stick out past the petals.

Thank you!

I'm using a natural toothpaste and I'm having problems with attracting little flies around the cap of the toothpaste and on the toothbrush itself (ew!). Is there anything that I can do to naturally rid of them? Would soaking the brush in some hotwater help, along with the end cap to the toothpaste? I have been keeping the rest of the bathroom clean, so this is driving me nuts!
