It has taken many hours to even get my apartment to cool off a little bit. Yet, it never gets to the desired temperature. Too see if there was any cool air even blowing I checked the huge vent with filter and there is air...but there is no air coming from any of the other vents (in the cieling). I was wondering if anyone could help tell me what to check or do...my maintenence guys for this apartment are gone for the weekend and we are dripping with sweat right now!

Thank you :)

The art itself doesn't match. One B&W photo, one painting, one color photo. Of course the size of the frame may differ with the art piece. My gut tells me to have frames that are similar (all one color for example) but not matchy-matchy.

Can I store a leather sofa in the garage? it's not insulated so it gets pretty hot in California. Will it make the leather crack? I plan to wrap it up pretty good though.

We are moving to a house with a propane heater. My question is: how much will it cost to heat our 2000 square foot home per month, season, etc. I'm also concerned with how far a cf of propane will go. Can I fill up the large tank (about 8 feet long) and expect it to last all winter? Thanks in advance!

My conservatory is quite large & in the summer it is very hot ( Though not had too much trouble so far this year!) But in the winter its so cold especially when the sun starts to go down. It seems such a waste of space for a large part of the year. Other than under tile floor heating or radiators etc anyone got any other ideas (economical ones)....... I'd thought of a wood burning stove or similar but not sure how practical that would be..........Any ideas?

I was wondering when the LEGAL time is to pick cat tails. I live in Wisconsin. Also, how do you preserve them so they stay in tact.
Thanks
