Yes it is possible. Depending on the style of stove, most newer stoves have conversion orifices under the top of the stove. They are small and are usually tied together in some kind of bracket. The regulator has a switch on it to convert to propane. It is usually under a knob or cover. Be careful with this. If you aren't confident in doing this, get someone to do it. But the parts to convert it should be with the stove. Good luck! Hope this helps!

The stove will probably function but only after you have a certified and licenced gas installation person convert the stove to run on propane.

Parts may need to be changed. Depends on the make of stove. I have one that only needed the disc in the regulator flipped over. Some need the orfices changed.

I would have to say Gas stove, because with the electric stove your electricity bill is going to be high. And more over electric stoves takes longer time to heat up.

Most appliances and furnaces can be converted with a conversion kit. If you don't know how, hire someone who does.
