I assume you are talking about the pipes (waste and water) for a wall mounted basin.
Don't forget you can put an escutcheon on the wall end of the pipe so rough edges in the holes will not show.
If you are very lucky and your holes are near the corners your can nip the ends of the tiles off with a tile cutter and cover the edges easily.
In general you can start with a carbide-tipped drill bit to make a hole where needed. That hole can be 1/4" wide. It will let you put a carbide edged coping saw blade through so that you can carefully cut out the pattern you want for the pipes.

If you plan on doing more of this in the future, there are available hole cutting bits for ceramic and glass. They are a little expensive. Decide on size before you buy (a little larger than pipe size. Drill slow with some cooling. Water is good.

Hi,first you need to drill a hole into the tile, with a masonry drill bit. If they have Glass and tile bits, get one of those, their faster.Using a tool called The Roto-Zip,or a tool similar to that, you can cut the holes for your fixtures. Bye

If you can find a hole saw for the diameter that you need, you could use that to score the tile and then finish the hole with a Dremel or rotary tool. You could also draw the circle and freehand it. I would suggest getting some old tile and practicing first to see what works best.

concrete drill bit, place masking tape over the area first, just be patient, unless you are good, it may take a few times. Practice on and old or waste piece.
