For the tea stains put salt on the stain and squeeze juice from a lemon on it and sit it in the sun then wash. If stain really bad may have to do a couple of times. With the laundry tub try baking soda and make a paste and leave on tub for a while. Stove drip pans I usually just use oven cleaner.

For the doily you can use oxy-clean/warm water or a really really weak solution of bleach and water. Hand wash and dry in the sun.. For the laundry tubs you can use soft scrub and a green non scratch brillo... apply soft scrub and let sit for 10 min wipe/rinse... Drip pans you can put in the dishwasher or clean with oven spray... I like the non stick one's with the lifetime warranty from BED BATH AND BEYOND I got a set for around $20 and I used coupons.... They are dishwasher safe and non-stick.. good luck
