I have found other lengths but need them to be 24 foot long, I can make my own with 2"x4"x24" but this will not work for my use. What is the cost per each if you have?

A lumber yard will have it. Youi can also probably get some at an 84 lumber, but they may require a minimum order which isn't good if you only need one.
Two 2x4 together is actually stronger than 1 4x4 in sheer strength.. FYI

You can special order it from just about any Home Depot or Lowes, and a few independent lumber yards. Might have to get it milled and pay for the cutting. Should be able to find it in Fir, SYP, Cedar.

A lumber MILL--where the wood is processed--they can help. You need to get the wood as it is coming out before the cutters. A mill is it.
