Make her a diaper cake! Get a couple packs of Pampers and a spool of Winnie the Pooh ribbon, or plain ribbon and a couple of cute Winnie the Pooh toys to put on the outside. This will be your centerpiece, and it will be the talk of the party. Then, use it to play a baby shower game, and have guests guess how many diapers the cake contains. And when the party is over, the diaper cake is your gift to your best friend, and she can use all the diapers and toys, or whatever you put in the cake.

First of all you need to put blue ribbions saying its a boy, blue confettie, just make sure the place looks really cute for a baby!!! You might have a sign that says baby boy presents or put a sign in front of the yard saying its a boy and put blue ballons on the mailbox!!! It was a year ago I went to a baby shower except it was a girls and they did not make it to babyish so dont do that!!! Make sure it looks mature but boyish MAKE SURE YOU USE THE COLOR BLUE AND IT CAN BE ANY COLOR BLUE

For a shower that I threw for my best friend, I took a clothes line and hung it, then I hung up some of the baby's clothes with clothes pins. I also made a diaper cake. They're very easy to make and you can get most of the materials at Wal-mart or a dollar store.

My baby shower was a rubber duckie theme it was really cute.. Oriental Trading Company has "lots" of rubber/vinyl duckies that we used as favors... I also got as a gift the container they were displayed in a Munchkin Brand blow-up duckie infant tub.. It was really cute and useful. .You could do floral centerpieces w/ glass vases with duckies stenciled on.. My cake was awesome "although" not ducks, it was baby blocks like the old fashioned wooden one's in it spelled baby it was super cool and unique.. Just be creative... good luck

Dollar tree---everything blue--and DON"T go all out---the shower will be over with and unless you decorate with things that people can take home--YOU are STUCK with it!!
