I recently came into ownership of a small Kenmore Refrigerator. However, it is doing just the opposite of what it should be doing. It sat on my front porch for 2 months before i started using it, and when i first plugged it in, It got cold really fast. However it will not stay cold. I have tried everything less than buying a brand new one. So is there anything that i can look at to maybe make it better without buying a lot of parts?

I purchased a new condo with a small patio in front. But a lot of the space is filled with an ugly air conditioning unit. Any ideas on how I can make it less noticeable? Or decorate it so it looks nice.

I am building a fence (parallel) on my property line that divides my backyard and my beighbors. I need to find the angle I need to cut my rails at. My backyard is at a upward slope. is there a general formula that I can use or is there a landscaper out there that can describe the method used to do this?

Please be precise, thank you.

i heard that you can use it to put over small cracks in leather, like a chair, to help prevent further damage. do you think that it could also be used on leather shoes, or shoes with some other leather like material, becuase my the material on my shoes keeps getting all these little cracks in it, and they just get bigger over time. should i try putting crazy glue over some of those problem spots?

i wasn't sure where to put this question, so i'm just putting it in home and garden, sorry if it's wrong.

We have a very long driveway made from asphalt. I am interested in placing pea gravel over the asphalt surface. Some of the surface is flat with a mild grade. Some of the asphalt driveway is a fairly steep section. I want to put pea gravel over a portion of the steep drive and then end this leaving the asphalt intact for the balance of the driveway. I do not want the pea gravel to fall off and roll down the driveway. I do not want the pea gravel to be kicked off by car tires. What would be the best way to do this project and the best products for placing on the asphalt to embed the pea gravel, and what sort of pea gravel would work best.

I am looking for a college that has a degree or certificate in cabinet making. Does anybody know the best school to attend and gain all the knowledge necessary to come home and start building cabinets and start a business? I don't want a school that just gives you a little course in cabinetry, I want the full on instruction from A to Z. Thanks.

Somewhat thick grass where sun comes thru. everything green between grass and moss, no mud. Huge flower box by trunk. Roots that stick up out of ground make it hard to mow. Thinking about dumping top soil, leveling and reseeding. Would it be worth the trouble if i just sprinkled some seed now?

My washer got off balance and it took me a minute to get to it because I was taking care of my toddler. By the time I got there, the barrel was hitting the sides of the washer (it was pretty bad). Now, my washer won't spin. Is there something I can do to remedy the problem before making a call to the repair man?

I moved last month and was shocked to find that my electric bill tripled from the last residence. Now, I'm on a mission to find out how much energy is consumed by my different appliances--I know, it must sound a little crazy.

So...I'm trying to determine how much energy my fridge uses in kWh--not dollars because energy cost varies across different areas of the country. From the inside label, I've found out its a Whirlpool and a 2005 model--fairly new. It's set to the recommended setting.

Any one out there know how much energy it uses? Thanks!
