Try sprinkling baking soda directly on areas spill-ed on, then leave a bowl of baking soda in the room to absorb the odor! I believe a dehumidifier could help to dry up the perfume. Good luck!

That's a bad smell and I've done this before! If you have window fans, put them in so that they are on exhaust and pulling air out of the house. I'm assuming if you have an air cleaner you've already got it going full blast.

You can also try putting some charcoal briquets in a bowl in the room. Rubbing alcohol works when you've applied too much on yourself, maybe you could swab things down with a diluted mix. Also, white vinegar in a bowl may help.

Good Luck!

open all the windows and burn a lil toast or burn something to get a lil smoke smell into the house. bread is the best thing to burn since its not the worst smell, smoke usally netralizes bad smells but i dont see why it wouldnt work on a perfume. Also DO NOT go around and saturate the whole house with smoke since it is toxic at high levels!
