Don't say duct tape or any special tape, I just want to know whether I should use masking tape or scotch tape.

Scotch double sided tape. But if you dont have that. Take normal scotch tape and roll it into a little wheel (sticky side out) and stick on on ure poster and onto the wall...thats what i do and my posters have stuck for almost 2 years now.

scotch tape won't hold-and not masking it wont hold either--try little push pins, or get some of that stuff that's like clay( sticky tac)-it sticks to the wall great, and it's way strong!

dont use tape cause its hard to take off. use push pins instead. or a stapler.( leaves small holes with stapler)

Use sticky-tac.
