sounds like you have disconnected the circuit to the 2 adjacent rooms either live at switch or neutral , depending on how they are wired via celling rose or at switch , or lost a wire somewhere , the 1 you removed maybe . don t mess about if in doubt get an electrician , or if competent trace circuits , make sure you know what is what before completion of work

1- Were they working at one time that you remember ?
2- Are they ceiling fixture or wall receptacle plug-ins ?
3- Do you have a circuit breaker panel or a fuse panel ?
4- Check your fuses for signs of burned filaments (if you can't see through the glass top, it's probably blown) Use the same size only to replace. (Nothing larger).
4- In a breaker panel, turn each breaker all the way off by pushing all the way off then turning it back on (this resets the breaker).
5- If none of these (Do it yourself remedies) work, you will need a technicians help to solve your problem "Safely".
Good Luck ! ! !

I'm not an electrician, but uk wiring normally works in a loop, and you've broken the loop. reinstall the missing light and all should be fine.

One of the lights has a loose wire (its on a circuit, so affects the next one along). My guess would be the one you moved, just check the connections.

The lights looped in to the one you have taken out. Put it back as it was and they will work again

Don't fancy myself as a sparky, but you'll be better off putting the missing light back on! that'll make them work
