I recently came into ownership of a small Kenmore Refrigerator. However, it is doing just the opposite of what it should be doing. It sat on my front porch for 2 months before i started using it, and when i first plugged it in, It got cold really fast. However it will not stay cold. I have tried everything less than buying a brand new one. So is there anything that i can look at to maybe make it better without buying a lot of parts?

Stop unplugging it... lol... just kidding...

It might be that the thermostat is messed up. Take it to Sears and have them have a look at it and give you an estimate to fix it. Sears is REALLY good with after sales service... probably one of the best in the free world. They are fair, true and will actually fix it if you want them to. Toss it (gently) in the car and run it over to the service depot. You won't be disappointed in the results of their actions.

Good Luck!
