I have some old wooden draws which I want to recycle in my garden to propagate my vegetable seeds. I need a see-through plastic roof for the draws. Can anyone recomend what material I should use and where I can source it from?

I am moving into a new apartment in May with poured concrete walls. What do I need in order to hang paintings and my large flat-screen television? Is it something my fiance and I can handle or should we hire somebody to do it? HELP PLEASE!

I would really like a cherry blossom tree...(the kind that don't produce cherrys, just the flowers) but I don't know if they even grow in Reno, Nevada and if it's possible to grow them in a larg pot indoors. Any gardening tips?

BUGS!I don't want to use chemicals because my kids often just pick and eat right out of the garden- Any safe suggestions? Slugs and some type of bright red ant looking insect seem to be my main problems!

I have an Amish cotton handmade quilt that I want to hang over my bed. It's approximatley 6 feet wide by 5 feet down, and not too awfully heavy. Kind of like a light bedspread weight. What's the best way? I want to keep it as simple as possible, and know hardly anything about decoration. Thanks for your time.

My father recently passed away from cancer. Everytime I see a letter addressed to him, it is a challenge (Three months have past, still receiving letters). Does the post office have a form similar to change of address to use for this purpose? It's very disheartening to call up every single business/indivdiual who sends him a letter.

I'm repainting my room and was washing the walls down with just warm water and the 2 year old paint started to come off the walls. Will this be ok to paint right over? (its a dark color over a light color) or do I need to put a coat of primer over it?

We used to live in Southern California and it didn't have any bug problem, every once in awhile we would have a black widows nest in our yard. We currently live in Texas, and we have a huge scorpion problem. They crawl in bed with you, and are a constant threat. We want to move, but weare having a hard time finding some place to go. I know the Carolinas have black swariming flies, and all the south has flying cockroaches, snakes, and scorpions. Please help me with this problem, my family is freaking out!!

I bought a hardy banana tree a while back. Supposed to be winter proof down to -20 deg.

I kept it inside for a year or so to avoid winter dormacy, and let it grow a little extra.

Come spring, there were all these little (I mean TINY -sand grain size) tan bugs all over the leaves. I bought some plant bug killer spray, and it worked. Then about a month later, it slowly started to brown and slow down growing. Eventually it died altogether.

I tried everything, transplanting to a bigger pot, different soils, soil aerator, more water- less, more sun- less. I even planted it outside thinking the humidity might be the prob. nothing worked. Even the plant lady at the local nursery was baffled.
