I am going to assume that you are fertilizing grass. There are two times each year to fertilize. The best time is in the fall. Then again in the spring. Make sure that there has been lots of rain before you fertilize. Never fertilize when the ground, and grass, has been dry. You will burn and maybe kill the grass.
