I am selling my townhouse and was told by a home inspector that the coils needed to be cleaned. I am guessing they can't be that hard to clean and I want to do it the right way. Please Help.

It is a Philippe Richard brand. I sterilized something in it a week ago and let it sit w/o every removing the lid. Now it appears stuck. I may have added too little water also. It has a SAFETY VALVE and a SAFETY LOCK, but I cannot tell how to override or operate them.

I have a deck that has a subtle slope towards the home. The earth beneath it is also sloping towards the home, and we had about a pop can's worth of water enter into the basement last year because of this. I'm wondering if it's realistic to try and raise up the deck and grade the earth beneath it away from the house.

I have a newly constructed home, and I have a wood beam across the ceiling of my family room. We've been in the house for one month, and just noticed some water drops that came down from the roof. I can see some drops on the beam on the ceiling. I live in Calif....the Bay Area. The temperature did get cold in the 30s a few weeks ago...and now back up to upper 70s. Is there possibly something wrong with the roof?

I want to glue fabric to pine, like wallpaper, for decoration. How do I do this without the fabric bubbling/stretching?
Do I need to use a glue roller, or a spray adhesive maybe?
Thanks.

Light eclosure has glass on sides, but open on bottom (so it is not fully enlosed) and the lightbulb screws from bottom. I am curious what will save energy and or/be the safest for outdoor use. Thanks!

I got an Azalea for Valentines Day. It was in bloom.
I rent, so I plan to keep it in a pot on the deck.
I repotted it after it bloomed. Will it bloom again? Any tips for keeping it alive in a pot?
I live in CT.

My bf and I have been removing tiles with a chisel and hammer (ok, well >I< have been removing tiles while he watches, basically) and the chisel he got from his dad is like 1/2 inch wide, maybe an inch at most. I think it would be better to use a wider chisel. Yay or nay?
