Home fries
A chunk of ham or sausages or 1/2 lb of bacon
2 eggs
toast ( 4 to 6 slices)
a couple cups of coffee
Apple Pie with some cheese

i work in thebush and 38 years old. my breakfast makes
3 eggs hashbrowns 3to 4 bacon or sausage2 pieces of pb/j bread cup of joe, glass of milk. 2 centrum complete.

8 am 1st snack
1 meat cheese sandwich, 2 gran bars.2 liters of h20

10 am 2 nd snack
see 8am

1 pm lunch
2 meat cheese sandwich 3 to4 gran bars, 2 types of fruit ( oranges are the best ) more water lots of it . some type of sweets for fast energy ( gummie bears hold up good in the pockets )

3 pm snack for the ride home
1 meat cheese sandwich and warm left over coffee

this what i have been taken for the last 12 years i the bush. not to mention i work on the hill hooking beads NOT SiTING A MACHINE

I have a friend who was a lumberjack in his younger years - he said any thing with high calories. Pecan pies and a such that have lots of calories because they really burn them off working.
